Supervision of fit-out work for Fresenius Kabi Business Services

Prime Project sp. o.o. since October 2017, has been project manager in connection with the fit-out works and “turn key” preparation of approx. 773 m2 of total office space for Fresenius Kabi Business Services sp. o.o. On completion, two floors of the building at Ruska 11/12 in Wrocław will house the Shared Services Center providing financial and accounting services for Fresenius Kabi units located throughout Europe and South Africa. The completion of finishing works is planned for the end of January 2018. The supervised investment means an increase in the floor space currently occupied by the Fresenius group which also has holdings in buildings at Białoskornicza and Ruska.



Prime Project signed another contract to support the investment process in the implementation of a housing project

At the beginning of October 2017 Prime Project started cooperation with  Apartamenty Świeradowiec as their substitute investor. The range of tasks for PP includes the implementation of a construction project based on the initial concept of six four-storey, multi-family buildings in Świeradów Zdrój, with elevators throughout and external car parks located on the grounds of the premises. The PUM of the buildings exceeds 8,000 m2.

An industrial facility implemented under the supervision of Prime Project.

In September 2017 Prime Project sp. o.o. has completed works on the investment of the Dutch investor, Favorite Gifts Print Europe - a company dealing in the production of advertising materials. For over a year, the company was investor's supervisor during the construction of an industrial hall with a warehouse and social-office building in the Bolesławiec  WSEZ "INVEST-PARK" Subzone with a total area of 3,500 sq m, in the general contracting system "design and build."

Completion of the new International Playschool facility

On 1 September 2017, children began their education in the new International Playschool building at Drukarska street in Wrocław (bilingual international primary school and kindergarten) belonging to Construction & Education Services sp. o.o. During the implementation of education complex the Prime Project was the Substitute Investor. A modern, two-storey U-shaped building was created under our supervision in one year, functionally divided into three zones: pre-school, school and sports, located on a plot of 6.6 thousand. sqm, and its usable area is 2 thousand sqm.

Prime Project has started investor's supervision over a residential investment.

Since June 2017 Prime Project has been implementing the investor's supervision in three areas: general construction, electric, and sanitation as part of the "Nowa Oficyna" investment, consisting of the construction of a residential building with an underground parking garage. The scope of the tasks also includes the demolition of existing facilities and land development. This project is being built in the center of Wrocław in the interior of Komuny Paryskiej 72. There will be 18 flats on 4 floors with areas ranging from approx. 27 to 43 m² with terraces or so-called „French” windows finishing the exterior aesthetic

Another investment of Nacarat Polska managed by Prime Project

Starting from this June, Prime Project has managed the common area of the high-end apartment building of Księcia Witolda 43. The building was created as part of an investment project run by the property developer Nacarat Polska. It is located in the very center of Wrocław, on its six floors there are 69 apartments with areas ranging from 38 m2 to over 190 m2. In total, the property has 9 floors with a total usable area of 7,135 m2 and includes: residential premises, service areas, a 24/7 guarded lobby, a roof terrace with a beautiful view of Wrocław's Old Town, and also a two-level, underground car park.



Commencement of commercial real estate management in cooperation with Credit Agricole.

Commencement of commercial real estate management in cooperation with Credit Agricole.

Prime Project, in December 2016, established cooperation with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. in the field of commercial property and parking lot management. The facility is located in Wrocław at Legnicka 36 and currently operates as a bank branch. The property has an area of 3,700 m² and was constructed in 1976; in 2011 it was renovated modernizing the facade, among other things, giving the building a new, more modern character.

Prime Project has completed the implementation of another investor's supervision service

The completion of the investor's supervision over the construction works for the District Court in Świdnica took place in December 2016. The task consisted of building, for the needs of the District Court in Wałbrzych, an office building at Barlickiego Street adjacent to the building at Słowackiego Street and the construction of connections, technical infrastructure, as well as reconstruction of the existing outbuilding structure elements of land development. The investment lasted over 2 years and as a result of the extension the building gained an additional 3,149 m².

Completion of the investment carried out by the Wrocław University of Technology.

In December 2016 Prime Project completed the investor's supervision over the implementation of two investment tasks for the Wrocław University of Technology - construction of the archive building of the university in conjunction with required technical infrastructure and land development, as well as the construction of a transformer station with the supply and assembly of a generator set. The newly built 4-storey archive building was created in Wrocław at Czerwony Krzyż 2, its volume is 12,778 m3, and the value of supervised works exceeded 20 million zlotys. During the implementation of this investment Prime Project conducted investment supervision across 5 industries.
