New Customer of the Real Estate Management Department

In November 2015 Prime Project starts management of the joint real estate of the Housing Community "Parkowa Ostoja". The Community includes 66 residential units, with a total usable area of 3,634 sqm. This housing estate is located in the western part of the Wrocław, in Pilczyce district, not far from theMunicipal Stadium and Pilczyki Park, and is perfectly connected with both the city center and the Motorway Ring Road of Wrocław.

Expansion of the building at 11 Oławska Street

Construction works consisting in the expansion of the building “Quantum Oławska” started in October 2015 (construction of additional three office space floors and mezzanine floor). Construction works will last approx. 6 – 8 months, and as a result, the object will gain approx. 800 sqm of usable space. Prime Project provides the investor’s supervision service as well as the Bank Auditor service under this investment.

Prime Project – the manager of the commercial real estate "Wałbrzyska Center"

Prime Project’s offer has won the competition for management of the housing community at 6-8 Wałbrzyska Street in Wrocław. This five-storey modern office and commercial building with the total area of more than 3 650 sqm and total volume of approx. 14,750 cubic meters was built in 2013 – 2014 by a local developer, the company RODIS sp. z o.o. sp. k. On the ground floor are located commercial premises including a bank branch, and on other three floors – office space. On the -1 level is located an underground parking lot. The building is situated in the center of the Wrocław district Klecina, in southern part of the city.

The opening of the Centers of Shared Service of Fresenius Group at 1 Białoskórnicza Street.

The main tenant of the building, managed by Prime Project in the center of Wrocław, has opened the recently renovated and adapted to his needs offices with great fanfare. The renovation and adaptation works, carried out on particular floors successively from July 2014, were supervised by Prime Project.

Completed project management at the rebuilding and expansion of the kindergarten in Św. Katarzyna nearby Wroclaw

After the procedure of final acceptance conducted with participation of the inspectors from Prime Project the investor was able to apply for permission to use the rebuilt and expanded kindergarten, which is one of three public institutions in Siechnice Municipality. The building works, according the turnkey construction contract, lasted from December 2013, and as the result, the kindergarten offers now nearly three times more surface. The standard of the building improved significantly. The contractor’s scope of work covered delivery of the kitchen’s technological equipment and installation of a platform for the disabled.

Housing Community Kokosowa 1 in Wroclaw - the new client of Prime Project

Management of housing communities is a growing area of Prime Project's Property Management Department’s activity (although commercial buildings are still the majority in the Company's portfolio). This is confirmed by the conclusion of another agreement - this time with the Housing Community of the real estate located in Wrocław at 1 Kokosowa Street. This four-storey building, which includes 55 residential premises and a multicar underground garage, is a completed investment of the real estate developer MILART . The property is equipped with a noiseless lift, supporting all floors including the level of the car park and has its own infrastructure - sidewalks, roads, parking lots and green areas. The Housing Estate at Kokosowa Street was built in the western part of the city, on outskirts – Stabłowice, near Stabłowicki and Leśnicki parks, and recreational areas of the Bystrzyca river.

The process of selling the properties of ING RED completed successfully

Prime Project successfully completed the process of selling the entire property portfolio of ING RED owned by the international financial group ING, the company ING Real Estate Development Sp. z o.o. was the owner of two large real estates in Gliwice, intended for multi - family residential investment, investment plot for residential and commercial development, located in Konstancin - Jeziorna, and dozens of apartments in the Thespian building in Wroclaw. In April last year ING RED entrusted Prime Project with comprehensive service within the area of sale company's real estate, including the preparation of information materials and their publication in the media and full legal and substantive negotiations with potential buyers, as well as the conclusion of sales contracts. Prime Project found willing parties to purchase the property in cooperation with local agents. At the beginning of March this year the last one changed its owner.

Prime Project as property manager of Kurkowa 14

Portfolio of Prime Project’s Property Management Department expanded by another prestigious building. This time it is Kurkowa 14 in Wrocław, the largest investment in the ongoing revitalization of the Nadodrze district. The building won the competition "The building where I would like to live" last year, conducted by Gazeta Wyborcza DOM. The construction of the building was conducted in the years 2013 – 2014. Within six staircases, on eight floors are situated more than 200 single, double and three-bedroom apartments with an area of 27 to 90 sqm. On the top floors there are exclusive duplex apartments. The entire residential and commercial property has the area of more than 16,000 sqm, including a two - level underground garage of the area more than 5,000 sqm and 11 commercial units. Just next to it, an eight-storey office and commercial building Dubois 41 is being constructed, with the area of almost 7,000 sqm, carried out by the same investor.
