Another university as a Prime Project’s client
As a result of a won tender for construction supervision Prime Project will act as investor’s supervisor of construction works for Wrocław University of Technology investment entitled “Archive of Wrocław University of Technology localized at 2 Czerwonego Krzyża Street in Wrocław". The investor’s supervision will be conducted in five disciplines: construction, roads, sanitary, electrical and tele-technical. The New University’s archive has been designed as a four – storey building without basement with an area of approx. 3,500 sqm, including in addition to the archive’s rooms also other rooms, like: server room, reading room with seminar and conference function, collection’s storerooms and offices. The investment will cost approx. PLN 18 million PLN, and the construction is planned for 18 months.
Fresenius - a new tenant in the New Point Offices building.
Prime Project, as Property Manager of New Point Offices building at 1-1a Białoskórnicza Street in Wrocław, has just completed re-letting the building. The entire office part, 2,500 sqm, recently vacated by the Global Delivery Center of American Bank BNY Mellon, has been leased by Fresenius AG through its subsidiaries (Fresenius Kabi, Fresenius Medical Care). Fresenius is an international pharmaceutical company with more than 200,000 employees worldwide.
Prime Project supervises expansion of the District Court building in Wałbrzych.
Prime Project has concluded an agreement with the District Court in Świdnica, the subject of which is the multi-discipline construction supervision of the expansion of the court building at 11 Slowackiego Street in Wałbrzych. The value of the investment exceeds 12 mln PLN.
KARMAR S.A. as General Contractor of Center of International Education in Wrocław
The Foundation of International Education which runs, among others, the ATUT schools and the Wrocław International School has signed an agreement for General Contractor services with KARMAR S.A. for the Center of International Education (CEM). Prime Project is a Project Manager on this investment. CEM will include a building complex together with land development. Within the framework of CEM the following schools will function: ATUT Primary School, ATUT Lower Secondary School, WIS educational and childcare facility and Secondary School preparing students for International Baccalaureate. The usable area of the building will be nearly 10,000 m², while building volume will reach nearly 50,000 m³.
The construction works will start this year.
Agreement for the management of communal areas – WM 'Czysta 2'
Prime Project has concluded the contract to manage the communal areas of Housing Community ‘Czysta 2’ in Wrocław.
The building accommodates 104 apartments, with a total usable area of nearly 10,000 m², including supplemental areas.
Prime Project organizes a tender for ING Real Estate Development
The Management of ING RED has entrusted to Prime Project to carry out a sale procedure by tender of three real estates, two located in the city center of Gliwice and one located in Konstancin – Jeziorna within the scope of the contract Prime Project is arranging the whole sale procedure of three real estates for housing and commercial purposes, including preparing of advertising and marketing materials and a data-room available during the tender, notifying potential buyers about the tender, placing announcements in a nationwide newspaper and in the Internet, preparing the whole tender procedure, including legal support of the transactions.
The Housing Community "Osiedle na Arbuzowej" has entered into cooperation with Prime Project.
The Management of the Housing Community "Osiedle na Arbuzowej 5-11" has signed a contract with Prime Project for common property management, administrative service, bookkeeping and legal advice. According the contract Prime Project manages the common area of the housing property with 139 flats and a total usable area of 13 620 m2. The real estate is the second stage of MILART’s investment, completed in 2012 in the district Stabłowice in Wrocław, consisting of three 4- and 5-storey buildings with an usable attic and an underground car park.
Prime Project as a Contract Manager in construction of an athletic stadium in Siechnice
Prime Project has won another tender and concluded an agreement for contract management in construction of an athletic stadium with a recreational and sport area in Siechnice, an investment financed from the Regional Operational Programme for Dolnośląskie Voivodeship 2007-2013. The building works should be completed by August 30, 2014, and the investment value is about PLN 7 M.
Another building being managed by Prime Project
The portfolio of our Property Management Department has expanded with the addition of a prestigious residential and commercial building "Thespian" located in Wrocław at the Powstańców Śląskich roundabout. The investor, ING Real Estate Development Ltd. first put it to use in 2011. The property was a candidate for World Building of the Year 2011, the second place finisher for Leonardo Prize at the Biennale of Architecture in Mińsk and an Architectural Prize nominee of the weekly magazine “Polityka" as one of the 5 best buildings of 2012. The building has a usable area of over 10,000 m2 with a two-level underground car park and is equipped with an air-conditioning system, automatic curtains and electronic access control, and it is also under constant supervision (24-hour on-site security and reception).
