The assets being managed by Prime Project include commercial properties located throughout Wrocław and Poznań, of a total area of nearly 33,000 m2, mainly office and multi-purpose buildings. Prime Project is responsible for administration of common property for housing cooperatives as well.

In managing real estates, which, according to the real estate management act of 21.08.1997, means „... aking decisions and actions to guarantee appropriate economic and financial management of real estates and to guarantee the safe and proper use of the real estate, including on-going administration of the property, as well as actions to maintain the property in an non-deteriorated condition in accordance with its purpose and to justifiably invest in such property.” (consolidated text of the Journal of Laws of 2004, no. 261 item 260 article 185), we follow the laws and guide ourselves by the code of professional ethics, especially the principle of protecting the interests of the Property Owner.

This means that by accepting the task to manage a property, we release our clients who have invested in the real estate market from the daily chores associated with maintaining the technical infrastructure of the buildings, finding and serving the tenants.

By honestly fulfilling the duties of the Administrator, we give our clients – investors, whose aim is to guarantee themselves a stable source of income, an opportunity to focus on their key activities.

As for project management contracts, the moment the Project Manager takes over the activities associated with comprehensive management of the investment process, the client investor is released from on-going, active involvement in the construction process.
